“how do I manage my database?”

Your Coaches Console is equipped with a CRM (Contact Relationship Manager) to organize and categorize your contacts. It is also integrated to your website, opt-in form, newsletter list, email broadcasts and autoresponders.

“how do I create a professional invoice and get paid for my services?”

Included in your Coaches Console is a billing module that allows you to create invoices that are branded to match your logo, process payments, send receipts and run financial reports. It connects with e-commerce options such as PayPal, Practice Pay Solutions and any Authorize.net providers. Plus you can export to QuickBooks.

“I know I need to give away a free report on my website, how do I offer that and grow my mailing list?”

Included in your Coaches Console system is a website with a simple option to customize and display an opt-in form plus attach an autoresponder series of emails to deliver your content and marketing messages.

“I want to create a teleclass, how do I distribute the right content to the right people in the right timing?

Through your Coaches Console system you can organize contacts into “groups.” You can then assign webpages, interactive online forms, and documents to be private and only accessible by the people/groups you give permission to have access to the material. Using Autoresponders you can establish the sequence and timing to ‘drip’ your content and curriculum to the right people.

Will this help me with professionalism and credibility in my business?

Do we get a website with our membership?

Yes. You can choose from pre-configured templates or customize them to make them your own.

Is the system already setup or is it DIY?

There are pre-uploaded sample website content, forms, documents, newsletter articles, emails and autoresponders that are included in your system. You can use these sample and templates and/or customize as you wish. Setting up the details of your system is done by you through the support of our Training Series, weekly live support webinars, private Facebook forum and online help desk.

What type of training do we get to learn this system? Is it online? Self-paced? Webinar? Live?

Is there a mobile version and does it work on mobile devices?

Yes. Your Coaches Console system plus your website is compatible with mobile devices.  And at the beginning of 2013 we are launching a full mobile version that is optimized for smartphones and other mobile devices.

Is there integration into social media?

Your website provides automatic links to your Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. Plus you can link directly to your external website or blog site.  These are links that prospects/clients can use as “portals” to connect with you in your various social media outlets.

If I already have a website, do I still need the website with The Coaches Console? Can they be integrated?

While many Coaches Console members use the website they get with their Console system for marketing purposes as well as a Private Client website, if you already have an existing website, you can simply use your Console website as a “Private Client Website for only your active clients to access.  Your external website and your Coaches Console Private Client Website can be interconnected and linked to each other making it seamless for your clients.

If I don’t have a website, does your team help me create one? Or, do you provide website templates to get me started?

You have access to over 20+ preconfigured website templates to choose from which can also be further customized on your own. It is simple to customize and many of our members do this themselves. Others utilize the services of one of our Certified Virtual Assistants and others still will utilize the help of a website designer.  It’s easy for you to do it on your own through the templates and sample content pre-uploaded for you.

Do you offer help with business issues like my niche, marketing and other business related issues?

The Coaches Console is more than a technology to help you start, organize and automate your business. We provide various business success resources to further support you in your success such as:
- Bi-Monthly Business Success Calls featuring industry experts in marketing and coaching skills.
- Inner Circle Group Coaching program that teaches business building strategies and accomplishing them using your Coaches Console system.

I already have an account with PayPal and Practice Pay Solutions. Does Coaches Console integrate with these technologies?

Yes. Your Coaches Console system is already integrated with PayPal, Practice Pay Solutions and even other merchant accounts that use Authorize.net as the gateway provider. You can easily use your existing accounts to process payments through your Console system.

Do you provide web hosting?

No.  The website you receive with your Coaches Console membership is technically a sub-domain.  There is no need for additional website hosting services or fees.  You may choose to register a domain name or have an existing external website in which you would need to go through a company such as GoDaddy or Network Solutions for hosting services.

Can we blog with your system?

The Coaches Console does not provide a blog feature. You can easily connect with an external blog within your Console website.

Can your website support a membership subscription business model?

You can manage content, deliver curriculum and organize contacts into groups using your Coaches Console system. 1st quarter of 2013 a new Shopping Cart will be integrated into your Coaches Console system allowing your prospects to sign up for various products, services and coaching packages (such as membership programs).

Do you provide SEO?

We provide basic elements of SEO such as key requirements of your website (footer information, contact number, social media links).  The most vital part of SEO is the consistent activity necessary to maintain high rankings and this consistent activity (article posting, content updating, posting your URL on multiple sites, etc.) is up to you.

Will I be able to input my general database and send emails so I don’t have to use other programs?

Yes, you can import existing contacts from multiple programs even Excel spreadsheets.  Your contact list within your Coaches Console system is then directly connected to your Communication Module, including newsletter sending, autoresponders and email broadcasts.  You can build relationships and automate follow up to make your marketing easy and effective.

Can you set up “free slots” so prospects and clients can book sessions with you online?

Yes. Using your Coaches Console online calendar, you can set up blocks of "available time" that your prospects can easily select from to schedule a sample session or clients can quickly book their next appointment. Plus, automated appointment reminders branded with your company name and logo are sent to the prospect/client prior to the appointment providing a professional image and sense of credibility even before the session starts!

The appointment reminders are also directly linked to the interactive Call Strategy Form so you and your prospects/clients are prepared for the session; making you more effective as a coach!

Do you have built in autoresponders or do you integrate with other programs?

Included in your Coaches Console system is an entire Communication Module that includes an Opt-In Autoresponder, a New Client Autoresponder plus the ability to add an unlimited number of custom autoresponders to send to contacts and/or groups. Since all of this is provided for you inside your Console system there is no need to integrate with any additional, external communication providers.

I want to use your website templates instead of my outdated one. Can I still use my registered domain name and URL?

Yes. You can keep your existing domain name and simply redirect it to your Coaches Console URL making sure your branding is consistent.

Can I use your system and website if I have multiple niches or have different offers to different industries?

Yes, you have the ability to create custom webpages and establish permission-based access to pages, forms, documents and other material so that you can market to and provide services for the right people in the right ways.

If I decide to not stay with Coaches Console or I need to close my business, how do I get all my data?

The content, material, contacts and data is all your property. At anytime, even if you remain a Coaches Console member, you can download and retrieve your data using a combination of options (exporting, downloading, copy/pasting, printing, etc).

Is your system compatible with Mac’s?

Yes. Being a web-based program, your Console system is compatible with both PC and Mac devices. And it is also compatible with various browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Is my client data safe and confidential?

Absolutely! Your Console system provides multiple layers of security to ensure protection and confidentiality. The system is protected through:
- secured pages (indicated by the “https” and the little lock icon on your browser URL),
- username and password protection
- SSL Security Certificate to verify our site and system.
- Plus it has High-grade Encryption (AES 256, 256 bit keys).
