Notification Templates & Options
During this video tutorial you will learn how to customize the default notification messages sent from your Console system to clients and prospects. Notifications templates include: Account Details Notification. Appointment Confirmation Message, Appointment Reminder email, Forgot Password Notification, and Unsubscribe Footer message. If you do nothing with these templates, then your clients, prospects and/or contacts will receive the default messages pre-uploaded for you.
