Managing Contact Communication Subscription Settings
During this video you will learn how you can manually manage your clients receiving or unsubscribing from your newsletters, autoresponders and general email communications. Plus you will learn how your contacts can manage their own subscription settings. You will discover the new Subscription Settings feature under the Personal Info section of your Contact list, the new Autoresponder Subscribed to Date feature of your contact list and you will also discover the new Manage Subscriptions webpage added to your website to your contacts can choose which one, combination or all of the communications they want to unsubscribe from on your mailing list when they click on the unsubscribe link in the footer of your communications. |

Notification Templates & Options
During this video tutorial you will learn how to customize the default notification messages sent from your Console system to clients and prospects. Notifications templates include: Account Details Notification. Appointment Confirmation Message, Appointment Reminder email, Forgot Password Notification, and Unsubscribe Footer message. If you do nothing with these templates, then your clients, prospects and/or contacts will receive the default messages pre-uploaded for you. |
