When you see your emotions on paper it will help you pinpoint which emotions lead you to eat for reasons other than hunger.



This practice alone will begin the process to break free from emotional eating! A 2008 study from the University of Kentucky, in Lexington, found that people chose lower-calorie foods when they became aware of their feelings.
